Product Introduction
Parallel Slide Rail Shoring is a vertical sheeting and trench support system. Contrary to the Trench Box system, which is normally used up to a trench depth of 4.00 m, the Parallel Shoring is designed to handle deeper trench excavations, close to buildings and adjacent to roadways, without settlements.
This system consists of individual components, which become a complete unit during excavation on site. During every phase of the installation and removal process, the vertical movable rolling frame remains parallel, even when they are sliding past one another. Compared to other systems, much less pulling force is required.
With the Parallel Single Slide Rail System, a trench depth of up to 3.80 m can be achieved, for a deeper trench excavation Parallel Double Slide Rail Systems are available for a trench depth of up to 7.50 m. The Single Slide Rail has only one track guidance for the insertion of the shoring plates, which are equipped with special T-shaped side adapters, to slide into the rail. The Double Slide Rail offers a two tracks guidance which subsequently allows for a deeper trench depth.
It is recommended to use a minimum of three modules in line to achieve the most economical effect. While the first section (module) is getting backfilled and extracted, the excavation work can already begin behind the pre-installed third module. Module one can then be used for the next installation, thus creating a rotating chain of modules which considerably reduces storage area.Max Installation Depth: 7.50m
Max. Trench Width: 8.64m
Max. Pipe Culvert Height: 3.43m
