Quick Connection: The brush mechanism is quickly connected to the skid steer loader, allowing installation and removal within 2 minutes. The brush features floating and self-adjusting functions. The connection frame adopts a box-type structure with high strength and smooth movement. The sweeping frame uses a single-beam structure, which is lightweight and highly durable. The product is equipped with 3 lifting rings for easy transportation and handling.

Broom Design: The broom is composed of disc-type single-piece brushes arranged in combination. The brush pieces are made of nylon and steel wire mixed in a 6:4 ratio, with S-shaped curved brush pieces stacked in sequence. This design ensures effective sweeping with no missed spots. The broom is wear-resistant, elastic, and resistant to bending, ensuring it does not break, fall off, or damage the road surface. The broom cover is arc-shaped and installed on the sweeping frame for easy disassembly and replacement. A snow shield is installed at the front upper part of the brush to prevent snow mist from affecting the driver's visibility during high-speed snow removal.

Quick Coupling: The product uses FASTER quick couplings from Italy, equipped with dust caps for stable quality and easy installation. The control harness uses aviation plugs for quick connection and disconnection.

Hydraulic System: The snow removal brush is driven by an Eaton 6K series hydraulic motor with end-face distribution. The imported seals can withstand high back pressure. The brush's power system is controlled by an electro-hydraulic valve group, which drives the brush's rotation and deflection. The hydraulic control valve is from a top domestic brand. All control devices are installed in the cab, allowing the operator to complete all operations from the driver's seat.

Floating Function: The brush features a floating function, with a double-layer structure of tension springs and lifting chains to ensure proper ground contact while preventing excessive pressure on the brush, which could lead to rapid wear.

Hydraulic Pipes: The hydraulic pipes are arranged in a combination of galvanized hard pipes and hoses, with a reasonable layout and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The arc-shaped cover prevents snow accumulation and is easy to disassemble.

Dual Cylinder Control: Two hydraulic cylinders control the brush's left and right deflection up to 30°. The cylinders use double-acting single-ear connections, ensuring reliable operation and easy maintenance.
